As part of our commitment to giving back to the community, Empowered Woman Excel SACCO conducted a capacity-building training program for marginalized women in Kuwadzana Extension.
Our training session focused on teaching women the art of juice making, providing them with a valuable skill to generate income and improve their livelihoods. The program covered essential topics such as:
- Juice Production and Quality Control.
- Marketing and Sales Strategies.
- Basic Entrepreneurship and Financial Management.
The training program is designed to be sustainable and empowering. After receiving training, the women will have the opportunity to join Empowered Woman Excel SACCO and buy shares using the proceeds from the sale of their juice products. This initiative will not only provide them with a source of income but also enable them to benefit from other products and services offered by the SACCO.
Our Impact
Through this initiative, we aim to:
- Promote Financial Inclusion and Economic Empowerment among marginalized women.
- Enhance the livelihoods of women and their families.
- Foster a culture of entrepreneurship and self-reliance.
